FreebiesLovers is an independent website. We do not ship products ourselves and we don’t run the sample programs or product testing panels. Instead, we find, test and curate offers from brands and research companies.

We can’t check your order or shipment status. If you’re waiting for a free sample, you need to contact the brand or panel that ran the offer.
We can’t guarantee delivery. All samples are subject to brand limits, location, profile match and availability.
We don’t provide customer support for third-party websites, shops or brands linked from our site.

Reasons to Contact Us

Report an expired or broken offer – link leads to a 404, form is closed, or sample is no longer available.
Report a suspicious or scammy offer – asks for a credit card, unusual personal data, or looks unsafe.
Suggest a legit free sample or panel – you found something good and want us to review it.
Feedback on our guides – corrections, updates or ideas for new topics.
