Product size and the exact moisturizer name are not disclosed in the public offer. Topbox Circle will use the survey responses and completed member profiles to decide who fits the campaign. Applying does not guarantee that a moisturizer will be sent.
Selection comes first.
The qualification survey expires November 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Existing Topbox Circle members should sign in and look for the Estée Lauder skincare survey in their accounts. New users can create a profile, confirm their email address, and add a valid mailing address before checking available surveys.
Complete the Estée Lauder screening
- Choose GET FREEBIE to visit Topbox Circle.
- Sign in or create a free member account.
- Complete your personal and skincare profile.
- Find the available Estée Lauder moisturizer survey.
- Answer every screening question accurately.
- Submit the survey before November 5.

Selected members receive the product for testing and will be expected to share what they thought about its texture, application, and performance. Keep profile information current because Topbox Circle also uses it when matching members with later campaigns.
The survey requires more effort than a standard mailing form, but it should still take only a few minutes. Whether the moisturizer arrives depends on the campaign criteria and your survey responses.
