Caffeine helps brighten the look of the under-eye area, while green tea extract provides a soothing component. Hyaluronic acid supports hydration. Each pair stays on clean, dry skin for about ten minutes.
This is not free at checkout. You must pay Ulta first, then wait for the purchase to track and become payable through TopCashback. Tax and shipping are not covered by the $25 reward.
Keep that browser open.
TopCashback requires at least $25 in qualifying merchandise before tax and delivery charges. Transactions may take up to seven days to appear and another 14 days after confirmation to become payable.
Only new TopCashback members without previous purchases or cashback activity qualify. Start through the TopCashback mobile or desktop website, not its app. Shopping through Ulta’s app, opening another tab or adding an unapproved coupon can interrupt tracking.
The tracking conditions make this offer easy to lose if checkout happens outside the approved browser path. It runs through November 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT or until the available rewards run out.
